From the box: From the box: This Sea Terror drag car was originally owned by Jim Sartwell and Dennis Durbin and sponsored by Rockmont Chevrolet from Rockville, Maryland. Sea Terror raced in E/Stock and set a national record with a 12.01 e.t. at 114.94 mph during the division 1 points race at York US 30 Dragway in Thomasville, Pennsylvania. Later that season, the Sea Terror became the first "stock" Camaro to break into the 11 second bracket.

In 1970, its final year of racing, the Sea Terror held the F/Stock record and was noted as the fastest 1968 Z/28 Camaro in the country. Along with other notable Z/28 racers - among them Dave Strickler and Bill "Grumpy" Jenkins - the Sea Terror ruled the Stock Eliminator classes. In its short two year racing career, the little "Z" set many milestones and was a feared and respected competitor wherever it raced.

Today, the car is in the family of Don Walker, and it looks like it did 36 years ago...ready to race and ready to win. Like all of its counterparts, the Sea Terror Z/28 has a rich performance and racing heritage, just one amazing facet of a highly collectable car that was a legend from its first day of existence.
